My vibration is positive virtually all the time. On the rare occasion I get knocked off, I get back to a positive state very quickly.

6.    How does your body feel right now?
 
My body feels clear, open and spacious inside. I can feel all parts of my body really well. There is no pain, no tension and no ‘blank areas’ in my body. Everything feels in sync, warm and good.

It’s getting much deeper and more profound. I’m going into meditation much more easily than before and it’s getting more and more enjoyable to sit. I’m much more relaxed and connected in my day-to-day life.
Some improvement. I notice some positive shifts in my ability to concentrate and let go during meditation. I can see some signs these skills are benefiting my day-to-day life.
My progress feels slow or non-existent. I’m still really struggling to calm my mind when I sit down to meditate. I see little or no improvement in my day-to-day life.
 
8.    For the last 90 days, what's been happening in your aerobic fitness level?
 
I can exercise for longer and at a higher intensity. If I haven’t already increased the intensity or duration of my aerobic workouts, it’s time I did!.
There has been some improvement in my aerobic fitness level.
I am seeing and feeling little or no improvement in my aerobic fitness level.
 
9.    For the last 90 days, what’s been happening with your flexibility training?
 
My flexibility is increasing week by week and I feel more limber, relaxed, balanced, and alive.

I am getting stronger, more toned, and feel more confident and highly functional every week.
